More a Luxurious Beginning Than an End-of-Trip

WMK Architecture reimagined this St Kilda Road office tower with a focus on elevating the everyday. The result is an end-of-trip experience that feels warm, refined and quietly luxurious — more like a spa than a service space.

Across the male and female change rooms, the project delivered 252 custom lockers finished in Polytec Rojo Walnut with Laminex Brushed Titanium accents, creating a rich and cohesive tone. A combination of P2 hanging lockers and H6 shelving lockers were customised for the layout, supported by ironing stations, towel storage, leather-upholstered ottomans and integrated recessed lighting to bring comfort and clarity to the space.

For seamless usability, a Gantner hardwired smart-lock system was installed. This RFID-enabled technology allows access via swipe cards, fobs or wristbands, and can be configured for different operating modes or integrated with the building’s existing access-control network.
