Perhaps Melbourne’s most prestigious golfing institution, The Royal Melbourne Golf Club was founded in 1891 and has hosted numerous national and international tournaments over its long history.

A new clubhouse was constructed 10 years ago, but our client felt the change room facilities needed refurbishment to meet the Club’s high standards. Our brief was to install 426 lockers that would complement the Club’s tasteful heritage ambience and provide modern, efficient amenities for their clientele.

The installed lockers varied between our P1, P2 and H3 models, all finished in a premium book matched oak veneer, with a digital code lock. Alongside the lockers we refurbished the bathroom amenities including vanities and towel storage in matching veneer.

All in all, it was a ‘classic’ premium fitout for a classic Melbourne institution.
