The office tower at 574 St Kilda Road offers great views across Albert Park Lake and Port Phillip Bay. It seemed only fitting that our end-of-trip facility (EOT) for the tower should likewise deliver a refreshing, breezy ambiance.
The tower is an older corporate building, and our brief was to retrofit a basement located EOT facility into the existing carpark. Immediately on entering the space your eye notices the cool, minty colour scheme set against black detailing, also carried through in the tiling throughout. Playful graphics and wayfinding signage add to the light and breezy feel.
Inside the facility, 108 PS2 hanging lockers were installed in men’s and women’s change rooms. Constructed of Laminex ‘Ash White’ and ‘Black’ alongside Abet Laminati ‘Verde Caraibi’, featuring natural slatted Tasmanian oak bench seats with integrated shoe racks, and were fitted with black combination locks. The facility also included custom ironing board cupboards and towel storage units.
