As part of the comprehensive refurbishment and fit-out of 71 Palmerston Crescent for Vantage Property Investments, a bespoke end-of-trip (EOT) facility was designed and delivered to elevate both functionality and style within the asset.

Driven by the client’s vision, the facility balances practical needs with refined aesthetics. The design prioritises contemporary elegance while embracing natural materials, resulting in a vibrant, hotel-style environment that enhances the daily experience of building occupants.

Custom-sized lockers with a digital locking systems provide flexible storage solutions, tailored to the varied needs of users. This attention to functional detail—paired with a strong architectural expression - ensures the space not only supports everyday use but also inspires through its thoughtful design and premium finishes.

As part of the Royal Melbourne Hospital’s award-winning redevelopment, we delivered a fully integrated smart locker system to support a flexible, shift-based workforce. The 1,100 lockers—finished in Tasmanian Oak Woodmatt and Peruvian Clay—blend seamlessly with the biophilic interior design.

Strategically placed near shared zones, each locker features hardwired RFID locks integrated with staff access cards. This non-allocated, bookable system enhances security, streamlines operations, and contributes to a calm, efficient working environment that prioritises staff wellbeing
