As part of the City of Kingston’s office refurbishment, we delivered a suite of custom-designed steel lockers that blend durability with refined aesthetics. Designed to complement the light-filled workplace, the lockers feature a perforated finish and a dual-tone powdercoat colour palette—using Dulux Oxyplast Gull Grey Satin and Oxyplast Hedge Plantation Satin — that harmonises beautifully with the natural timber panelling used elsewhere throughout the interior.
A total of 120 lockers were strategically distributed across 35 locker banks in public areas for convenient employee access. Configured in a range of sizes, they support the flexible needs of an agile workforce. Each unit is fitted with a Lock Focus APEX 3780 locks to provide secure personal storage, while integrated sliding door cabinetry with matching planter boxes help define team zones and enhance the biophilic design of the space.
Purpose-built for longevity and daily use, these lockers are more than just functional storage—they are a sculptural and enduring presence within a workplace designed for wellbeing, movement, and connection. They reflect a thoughtful balance of form and function, contributing to an environment that is both functional and nurturing.
