More and more, architects and builders are recognising how much the materials, design, and ambiance created in a workspace contribute to a happy and healthy work culture. For the team working at the Electricity and Water Ombudsman, their office design embodies some of the essences of the natural elements at the core of their work.
Banks of our H3 and H4 lockers – 100 in total - were installed with customised vinyl graphics that were tried and tested with architects WMK and our signage partners prior to installation. A colour palette was chosen to match the striking natural stone image applied via vinyl wrapping across many of the lockers. Lockers were integrated with custom coat cupboards, and each bank was built to a customised height, such that they could act as functional and decorative dividers across the office. Lockers were finished with black code locks (programmed in share mode) and black and white square Lockin locker tags.
As WMV describes it, the total workspace ambiance was designed to evoke ‘a tranquil river walk in the Australian landscape’. We’re pleased our component of the project contributed to that peaceful atmosphere.
